How to Use the Guide Like a Pro
Ready to dive in? Here is exactly how to get the most out of your digital passport:
- Stamp Your Journey: Whenever you visit a new cafe, find it on the directory grid and click the bright red “Stamp Passport” button. The card will update, and your total passport score at the top of the page will increase!
- Log Your Thoughts: The moment you stamp a location, a private “Tasting Notes” box unlocks on that cafe’s card. Leave a 1-5 star rating and type out exactly what you ordered so you never forget your favorite drinks.
- Build Your Wishlist: See a spot you want to try? Click the little bookmark icon next to the cafe’s name to add it to your Wishlist. You can then use the “⭐ Wishlist” toggle at the top of the map to instantly filter the guide down to only your saved spots.
- Filter by Vibe & Time: Use the category buttons (like Specialty Coffee or Vibe Spots) to narrow down the map. Need coffee right this second? Click the “Open Now” or “🌙 Open Late” toggles.
- Backup Your Progress: Upgrading your phone or switching to a laptop? Don’t lose your passport! Click the Backup icon (the little save/download icon in the top header) to download a secure backup file of all your stamps, notes, and wishlist items. You can easily upload this file to your new device to restore your progress.
- Share Your Score: Want to flex on your friends? Click the Share icon in the header to instantly send out your current “Stamped Score” and challenge them to beat it.
